About

I am now a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I have a blended research background in Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, and Nutrition.

My research is dedicated to integrating lifestyle and environmental factors with multi-omics data-including but not limited to genomics, proteomics, gut metagenomics, and metabolomics-to explore various aspects of human health, such as cardiometabolic diseases, cognitive decline, and cancer, within both observation and intervention studies. Specifically, my objectives are to:

1. Identify lifestyle and environmental factors linked to human health

2. Discover biomarkers and predictors for diseases

3. Decipher the mechanism underlying the association of risk factors with diseases and validate these findings through in vivo and in vitro studies

4. Generate scientific evidence supporting precision medicine

5. Pinpoint potential targets for intervention
